How I make myself feel better when I’m having a bad day or week. 🤍✨

Cleaning My Home: Cleaning my house gives me a sense of accomplishment. I always feel more at ease in a tidy environment. Cleaning serves as a form of meditation for me.



Taking an Intentional Shower: All of my bad thoughts and worries wash away as I envision it. Affirmations , podcast, and soothing music  are three of my favorite things to listen to. I take the time to look after my body, and feeling clean lifts my spirits.


Doing Something Intentional:Read a motivating book. Write in my journal. Express gratitude. Sage my body and home.


Physically Doing Something For Myself: Make an appointment for a manicure or pedicure.  Making hair appotiments are necessary .  Purchase flowers for myself. Get a facial and a massage. Workout.


Having self compassion: Reminding myself that it’s only a bad day or week, not a bad life. I am important. And taking the time to love myself is upmost important.
