Fall skin care tips šŸšŸ‚

Summer is over and it's becoming cooler, but it doesn't

mean ladies that weĀ can't get skin that's sparkling and stunning.

In fact, fall is aĀ good timeĀ for your skin because you have less acne,

your skin improves from the sun, and you always have that lovely tan.

The only drawback with fall is that the skin gets dry, so here are

some suggestions to avoid that and still have that flawless skin like in mid-summer:)

Only use lukewarm water for your skin šŸ’§

Too extreme water temperatures can dry out your skin during fall. So it’s really important to wash your face and shower with lukewarm water only. Forget cold and hot water myths. Coldwater will dry your skin out even more during cold weather, and hot water doesn’t melt clogged pores and blackheads, it just produces more sebum, and you don’t want that.

• Don’t use a harsh cleanser in the morning ā˜€ļø

During this time of year, your skin develops less sebum, so you don't need to squeeze the life out of your bad skin. Using a soft cleanser, like micellar powder, in the morning. You can use a much better cleanser in the evening, or a gel-foaming cleanser. This would protect the skin from getting dehydrated.

• Don’t forget about your diet šŸ„‘

Over the summer, you probably forgot to drop milk from your diet.

I really enjoy ice cream. But now you need to get serious and absolutely reduce the milk.

It's going to do wonders for your face, and there are so many forms of alternatives to milk, cheese, and ice cream. In less than a month, the hormonal acne will clear up. Eat a lot of holiday sweets, too, please don't eat too much Helloween sweets please chocolate.

• DrInK WaTeR šŸ’§

I know you're tired of hearing that, but if you don't want to catch a cold and dry your face, it's really necessary to keep hydrated.

• Take care of your lips and hands šŸ’‹

Get a good lip balm and hand cream,

ree

ening again.
